Something About Tractors

I was leaving Cotton Hall one day and saw all the tractors lined up. I don't think they lined them up on purpose or maybe they did. Anyway there is something special about a tractor. Every kid loves them even adults. There are tractor pull competitions which are really alot of fun. We used to go some of them over in Georgia. My Dad still has an old John Deere tractor. I remember it well. He had it when I was growing up. There's something about tractors.

Two Teen Cuties

I'm still pulling pictures out of my file. I thought these two deserved some blog space time. Christina was great with the marshmellow fire pit! Jordan was busy bobbing for apples. I told Christina she looked like Annie Oakley she said WHO? A lost time era we have here.

Beautiful Rose

Every year for Mother's Day we all buy roses for Mom's little garden. Anita usually does the planting. The other day I saw this one in the garden. I think it has the prettest colors. A rose is a rose by no other name. Is that saying correct????

Great Fun/ Frayed Nerves

I'm going way back into the archives. This is the
winning car from the Hardeeville Race track. Don won the Championship in 2002. This car has been all over Georgia & Jacksonville. The car sits on the trailer back towards the woods. I guess you would say from glory to pitiful now. We had some great times racing. I sometime look at it and think how sad it is just sitting there. Then I think about how nervous I used to be. I'm not sure if it will ever come out of retirement again,
but you never know.
